Strengthening the construction of elderly service talents is a major strategic measure of the na-tional strategy of actively responding to the aging population and could also build the education service system for the elderly.Shanxi Province endowment service personnel team construction is facing the predicament of el-derly care service talents'"not getting in","not staying"and"not fully utilized".Thus,it is an era requirement and realistic choice for strengthening Shanxi endowment service personnel team construction to search for diversi-fied endowment service talent supply subjects,innovate endowment service personnel training mode and estab-lish the guarantee mechanism for endowment service personnel.
