摘要
党支部是党在高校全部工作和战斗力的基础,其作用的发挥关系到高校的高质量发展.文章从加强政治引领,发挥党建辐射作用;打造学习型支部、提高政治理论水平;建设服务型支部,彰显党员责任担当;建设规范化支部,强化制度执行力;找准结合点,促进党建业务融合五个方面,探索高校党支部发挥战斗堡垒作用的路径,以期为高校基层党建研究提供参考.
Abstract
The Party Branch in university is the foundation of all the effective work,and its role can lead to considerable effect on the development of university.This paper demonstrates the issue from five aspects,in-cluding strengthening political,Party development building academic branches and enhancing the political theory level,building service oriented branches and stressing the responsibility of the Party members,building standardized branches and strengthening system implementation,as well as identifying the integration point and promoting the integration of the Party building work.All the methods above can research the roles of the Party Branch in university as battle fortress and provide reference for the further research related to the Party Grass-root development in university.
