摘要
学士学位申请率是衡量开放教育人才培养质量的关键指标.开放教育学位申请率作为开放本科教育学位人才培养目标达成比例的量化,是开放本科教育人才培养质量关键评估指标.开放教育学位申请率偏低的原因包括办学单位重视程度不足、学位评价制度适用性不足、学生主观积极性不足以及学位英语通过率低等.针对这些问题,提出优化学位评价标准、做好学位支持服务、加强宣传鼓励、提升英语教学质量等策略来提高开放教育的办学申请率.
Abstract
The bachelor's degree application rate is a key indicator for measuring the quality of talent culti-vation in open education.As a quantification of the achievement rate of talent cultivation goal for open under-graduate education,the open education degree application rate is a crucial assessment index for the quality of talent cultivation in open undergraduate education.The reasons for the low degree application rate in open educa-tion include insufficient attention of educational institution,inadequate applicability of degree evaluation sys-tem,insufficient student initiative,and low pass rate for degree-related foreign language exams.To address these issues,strategies should be implemented to increase the application rate for open education by optimizing degree evaluation standard,providing degree support service,enhancing publicity and encouragement,and im-proving the quality of English language teaching.
