Research on Human Resource Development for the Elderly from the Perspective of Positive Aging
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that in the process of realizing Chinese path to modernization,we should deeply implement the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.China has entered the era of aging,and the proportion of the el-derly population is increasing.The development of elderly human resource is an important component of China's implementation of the strategy on developing a quality workforce and the construction of a learning society.At the same time,in the social process of cultivating and developing new quality productive forces,the development of digital economy and artificial intelligence has raised the requirements for the learning ability and adaptability of elderly human resources.On the basis of elaborating on the theory of active aging and the connotation of elderly human resources,this paper analyzes the coupling between the theory of active aging and the development of el-derly human resource.A comparative analysis is conducted between traditional elderly human resource develop-ment and the development of elderly human resources from the perspective of active aging.The logic of elderly human resource development from the perspective of active aging is revealed,and the path of elderly human re-source development from the perspective of active aging is proposed from several aspects such as strengthening policy guidance,data mining,personnel planning,process development,and incentive mechanisms.
