A Study on the Integration of Community English Education and Lifelong Education
With the further development of globalization,English education plays an increasingly promi-nent role in community education,and the concept of lifelong education provides a driving force for the sustain-able development of English education.As an effective way to achieve the goal of lifelong learning,community English education's innovative practice also provides rich content and forms for the deepening of lifelong educa-tion,and promotes the actual landing of lifelong education concept.However,in the process of development,community English education is faced with challenges such as insufficient updating of course content,lack of digital resources,scattered teaching resources,neglect of individual differences and actual needs of residents,etc.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the English ability of community residents and promote the im-provement of the lifelong education system,The integration of community English education and lifelong educa-tion can be realized by developing personalized and high-quality digital courses and constructing digital resource platform for community English education.
