数字化时代高校评估档案规范化研究

摘要
作为呈现高校办学过程的主要支撑资料,规范化的评估档案能够清晰呈现工作开展情况,指导教学行政管理工作以成果为导向,便于挖掘工作亮点及时总结经验,对学校的发展建设有重要参考价值.高校评估档案存在材料杂乱堆砌、缺乏设计包装、管理意识缺失、管理手段落后、管理制度缺乏可操作性等问题.数字化时代为高校评估档案规范化管理提出了新的要求,需要建立档案工作自评自建的长效机制,加快档案信息化可视化管理,建立档案管理的目标责任制,提升教学管理人员的档案管理能力.
Abstract
As the main supporting materials for presenting the process of running a university,standard-ized evaluation archives can clearly present the work development,guide the teaching administration to be results-oriented,facilitate the excavation of work highlights and sum up experience in time,and have impor-tant reference value for the development and construction of the colleges.There are some problems in the evalua-tion archives of colleges,such as chaotic piling of materials,lack of design and packaging,lack of manage-ment consciousness,backward management means,and lack of operability of management system.The digital age puts forward new requirements for standardized management of evaluation archives in colleges.It is neces-sary to establish a long-term mechanism for self-evaluation and self-construction of archival work,speed up the visualization management of archival information,establish a target responsibility system for archival man-agement,and improve the archival management ability of teaching managers.
