摘要
党的十八大以来,创新实践能力的培养逐渐成为当代研究生发展的驱动力,加之"双一流"建设的国家政策的提出以及党的十九大报告提出的体育强国建设目标使得新时代体育硕士创新实践能力的培养成为一个重要的研究内容.通过开展"政产学研用资"一体化实践,摸索体育专业硕士创新实践能力培养模式,形成"两链协同、四链融合"的发展路径,即政策链和资本链为体育专业硕士创新实践能力、"产学研用"四链融合提供保障.实现"产业+专业+创业+科研"多元主体协同参与的育人新模式,培养能够解决体育专业领域实际问题的高素质优秀人才.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the cultivation of innovative practical ability has gradually become a driving force for the development of contemporary graduate students.In addition,the proposal of the national policy of"Double First-Class initiative"construction and the goal of building a strong sports country proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have made the cultivation of innovative practical ability for sports master an important research content in the new era.By carrying out the integrated practice of"politics,industry,academia,research,and fund-ing",exploring the cultivation mode of innovative practical ability for sports masters,and forming a develop-ment path of"two-chain coordination and four-chain integration",that is,the policy chain and the capital chain provide guarantees for the innovative practical ability of sports masters and the integration of"industry,academia,research,and funding".Realize the new model of"industry+profession+entrepreneurship+sci-entific research"with the collaborative participation of multiple subjects,and cultivate high-quality talents who can solve practical problems in the field of sports.
