摘要
新时代开放大学在构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系、建设学习型社会、推进教育公平等方面发挥着重要作用.推进教育数字化,建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国等国家战略为开放大学高质量发展提供了难得发展机遇.坚持党建引领,全面落实立德树人根本任务;坚持主动作为,积极服务国家发展战略;坚持人才强校,建设高水平的人才队伍;坚持学生至上,不断提升人才培养质量;坚持文化铸魂,努力营造新型开大文化是推进山西开放大学高质量发展的基本路径.
Abstract
In the new era,the Open University plays an important role in building an education system that serves lifelong learning for all,building a learning-oriented society,and promoting educational equity.Na-tional strategies such as promoting the digitization of education,building a learning society with lifelong learn-ing for all,and a learning power provide precious development opportunities for the high-quality development of the Open University.Adhere to the guidance of party building,and fully implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education;Adhere to the initiative to actively serve the national development strategy;Insist on talent to strengthen the school,build a high-level talent team;Adhere to the students first,and con-stantly improve the quality of talent training;The basic way to promote the high-quality development of Shanxi Open University is to adhere to culture and strive to create a new culture of the Open University.
