党的二十大报告对学习型社会、学习型大国建设提出了新的要求.山西开放大学作为改革主体,在山西人口老龄化趋势加快的情形下亟须解决自身发展的矛盾,通过政治领校、体系建校、质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校、开放活校、数字智校、资源富校、文化润校、从严治校的战略谋划与路径选择,推动改革目标如期高质量完成.
Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward new re-quirements for the construction of a learning-oriented society and a learning-oriented major country.Shanxi Open University urgently needs to solve the contradictions of its own development under the situation of acceler-ating population aging trend in Shanxi,and promote the timely and high-quality completion of reform goals through strategic planning and path selection of political leadership,system building,quality building,tal-ent strengthening,characteristic revitalizing,open living,digital intelligent,resource rich,culture enrich-ing and strict management of the university.
