Research on the Development of Community Education of Provincial Open University
Provincial Open Universities promote the development of community education,which is condu-cive to promoting the construction of lifelong learning system in the province,improving the overall quality and quality of life of community members,and promoting the sustainable development of communities.In recent years,the provincial Open University has made some achievements in promoting the development of community education:the initial establishment of the community education management and service system,the continu-ous promotion of the digital construction of community education,the continuous improvement of the community education guarantee mechanism,and the increasing influence of the community education brand.However,in the process of promoting the development of community education,provincial Open Universities are also faced with four difficulties,namely,the clarification of ideas and ideas,the construction of teachers and teams,the integration of platforms and resources,and the transformation of systems and mechanisms.In order to accelerate the development of community education,the provincial Open University should build a lifelong learning online platform,give full play to the two advantages of system education and distance education,forge three teams of teachers,management and volunteers,adhere to the four principles of inclusiveness,flexibility,practicality and sustainability,and give full play to the overall leadership role of the provincial Open University in imple-menting community education.
