摘要
终身教育立法是推动终身学习体系和学习型社会建设的法律保障,具有明晰终身教育发展走向的纲领性作用.文章以CSSCI和北大核心期刊为研究对象,分析了二十余年来国内有关终身教育立法的研究现状,发现存在学术关注度不高、学术影响力有待提升,研究主体集中、学术合作较少,理论研究较多、实践研究涉及不够等问题,未来需深化学科融合的研究理念,打破研究壁垒,推进研究领域和研究群体的交叉融合,结合理论研究与实证研究,提升研究的学术影响力和科学性,助力我国终身教育立法进程.
Abstract
Lifelong education legislation is a legal guarantee for promoting the construction of a lifelong learning system and a learning society,and has a programmatic role in clarifying the development direction of lifelong education.Taking CSSCI and core journals of Peking University as research objects,this study analyzes the current research status of lifelong education legislation in China over the past 20 years.It is found that there are problems such as low academic attention,insufficient academic influence,concentrated research subjects,less academic cooperation,more theoretical research,and insufficient practical research.In the future,it is necessary to deepen the research concept of disciplinary integration,break down research barriers,and pro-mote the cross integration of research fields and research groups,By combining theoretical and empirical re-search,we aim to enhance the academic influence and scientificity of our research and assist in the legislative process of lifelong education in China.
