Research on Credit Mutual Recognition Mechanism of Credit Bank Based on System Theory
The formation of the credit mutual recognition mechanism of credit bank is a systematic project.At present,there are problems in the credit mutual recognition system of credit bank in China,such as imbalanced construction and development of credit bank,difficulties in recognizing learning outcomes,insufficient participa-tion of all parties involved in credit mutual recognition,and limited practical application of credit mutual recogni-tion.Using the idea of system theory,scientifically analyze the external environment of economy,society,technol-ogy,education,as well as the internal components of learners,schools,industry enterprises,training institu-tions,community colleges for elderly,and the operation of the credit mutual recognition system.The article pro-poses measures to strengthen the horizontal and vertical system management of credit mutual recognition,enhances the enthusiasm of relevant parties to participate in credit mutual recognition,improves credit mutual recognition standards,and optimizes the current credit mutual recognition system of credit banks in China.
