摘要
远程教育在教学方面存在师资配备不够、学习支持服务不足、互动与沟通不畅通、教学过程落实不到位等问题,影响了教学质量.组建网络教学团队可以有效促进远程教育教学模式改革与创新,确保教学过程落实,提高教学质量,实现培养目标.文章基于远程教育教学团队的理论依据,分析了远程教育网络教学团队构建与运行的原则和流程,并以"数控机床"课程网络教学团队建设为例,通过实践对网络教学团队运行模式进行了探索,为完善远程教育教学团队建设和促进远程教育发展提供了参考.
Abstract
There are many problems in distance education,such as the shortage of teachers,the lack of learning support service,the lack of interaction and communication,and the lack of implementation of teaching process.The formation of network teaching team can effectively promote the reform and innovation of distance education teaching mode,ensure the implementation of teaching process,improve teaching quality and achieve training objectives.Based on the theoretical basis of distance education teaching team,this paper analyzes the principles and procedures for the construction and operation of distance education network teaching team,and takes the construction of the network teaching team of Numerical Control Machine course as an example,this paper probes into the running mode of network teaching team through practice.This study provides a reference for improving the construction of distance education teaching team and promoting the development of distance education.
