The Reform and Practice of Online Teaching Team of the Open University of China:Taking the Accounting Course of Heilongjiang Open University as an Example
In the context of the"Internet+"era,researching and exploring new course teaching models based on online teaching teams at the Open University of China is a crucial component of improving the quality of talent cultivation in Chinese university education.In practice,we have found that compared to the teaching core team at the headquarters,the pilot projects of the teaching implementation team at various branches generally suf-fer from a significant lack of support,low operational efficiency,poor constraints,and ineffective implementation of the teaching process.To address these issues,the Heilongjiang Open University,using the accounting course as an example,has proposed a teaching goal of course on the ideological and political dimension oriented towards inte-grating ideological and political elements with professional knowledge.This approach is based on the long-term practice and exploration of the course design by the core teaching team at the headquarters.The branch has fully utilized the online learning platform of the Open University of China to research and explore online and offline hy-brid teaching models.They have suggested measures and recommendations for enhancing and cultivating teachers'professional skills and research capabilities through online teaching team activities.These efforts provide a refer-ence for the research on course teaching models of online teaching teams at the headquarters and other branches.
