The Review,Challenge,and Prospect of the Role of Open Education in Rural Talent Training
With the development of information technology and the promotion of the comprehensive reform of Open University,the rural talent training in open education is facing many challenges as well as opportuni-ties for development.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the open education service for rural talent training,such as incomplete digital facilities in rural areas,imperfect school system,mismatch in teaching management and service quality,and lack of regulations and policies.Relying on the opportunities of digital transformation,through the joint construction and sharing of infrastructure,improv-ing the ability of system governance,improving the quality of teaching and process management,and improving laws and policies,we can construct an open learning model that matches the needs of"three dimensional rural issues",so as to improve the quality of open education.
