摘要
在积极应对人口老龄化的国家战略社会背景下,文章旨在探讨山西省老年人群对养老服务的期望与需求.通过采用定量研究方法,全面收集了老年人群关于当前养老现状及未来服务需求的反馈信息,并运用SPSS统计软件对所得数据进行分析,揭示了老年人在养老服务方面的具体期望与偏好.基于分析结果,提出了针对性的建议,以期为山西省养老服务人才的培养和服务体系的完善提供参考.
Abstract
Under the national strategic and social background of actively coping with the aging population,this study aims to deeply explore the expectations and needs of the elderly in Shanxi Province for the elderly care service.Through quantitative research methods,this paper comprehensively collects the feedback informa-tion of the elderly about the current situation of providing for the aged and the future service demand,and made a detailed analysis of the obtained data by using SPSS statistical software,revealing the specific expectations and preferences of the elderly in providing for the aged.Based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions,with a view to providing reference for the cultivation of elderly service talents and the improvement of service system in our province.
