文章探讨了终身教育与开放大学的关系,分析了开放大学面临的挑战,从教育服务创新、师资队伍建设、校际合作与交流等多个维度出发,提出应对这些挑战的对策与建议,并在此基础上剖析了终身教育的实践路径,以期为开放大学的终身教育发展提供有益的参考.
Abstract
This paper discusses the relationship between lifelong education and the Open University,ana-lyzes the challenges faced by the Open University,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to deal with these challenges from multiple dimensions such as education service innovation,faculty team construction,inter-university cooperation and exchange,and on this basis deeply analyzes the practical path of lifelong educa-tion,with a view to providing useful references for the development of lifelong education in the Open University.
