摘要

新时代职业院校坚持立德树人这一根本任务,不断推进高素质技术技能人才培养改革与创新.劳动教育在职业院校高质量发展中发挥着重要作用,对于新时代青年学生树立科学劳动价值观、提升劳动知识水平、养成劳动习惯至关重要.针对职业院校人才培养特点,顺应新时代劳动教育发展趋势,文章探索构建新时代职业院校劳动教育"五协同"育人模式,使劳动教育与课程思政、专业发展、实训实践、校园文化、志愿服务形成合力,发挥协同育人功能,引导青年学生尊重劳动,促进青年学生全面发展.

Abstract

Vocational colleges in the new era implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,and constantly promote the reform and innovation of cultivating high-quality technical professionals.Labor education plays an important role in the high-quality development of vocational colleges,and is crucial to establishing scientific labor values,enhancing labor knowledge,and developing labor habits for young stu-dents.According to the characteristics of vocational colleges and the labor education development trend,this pa-per explores the five-collaboration education mode of labor education in vocational colleges.This education mode integrates labor education with ideological-political education,professional development,training,cam-pus culture,and volunteer service to play collaborative education function,aiming at encouraging young stu-dents to respect work and promoting the well-rounded development of students.
