Vocational education is an important part of the national education system and human resource development,and plays an irreplaceable and important role in serving the national strategy,promoting eco-nomic development and promoting social harmony.However,at present,there are still problems in the con-struction of teaching management team in vocational colleges,such as the imperfect teaching management sys-tem mechanism,insufficient understanding of the importance of teaching management,low professional level of teaching management team,and small development space of teaching management personnel.In order to ensure the quality of personnel training,vocational colleges should attach great importance to the construction of the teaching management team,establish and improve the evaluation reward and punishment system for teaching management personnel,enhance the professionalism of teaching management personnel,improve the ability of teaching management personnel to perform their duties,and enhance the research and innovation ability of teaching management personnel to strengthen the construction of teaching management team.
