摘要
人才公寓社区治理是新时代社会发展中的一项重要工作.然而,人才公寓社区普遍存在的认同脱嵌、内在脱嵌、功能脱嵌等问题,制约了人才公寓作用的发挥.以"治理-善治"理论为视角,聚焦社区参与、互助共享、管理机制,从增强社区认同、加强邻里联结、强化社区功能三个方面,探索人才公寓社区治理的相关对策,以期为基层社会治理研究提供有益参考.
Abstract
Talent apartment community governance is an important task in the new era of social develop-ment.At present,talent apartment communities generally face problems of disembedding from identity,disem-bedding from inner feelings and disembedding from function,which restrict the role of talent apartments.Based on the theoretical perspective of"governance-good governance",this article proposes relevant countermeasures for talent apartment community governance from three aspects of enhancing community identity,strengthening neighborhood ties and enhancing community functions,by focusing on community participation,mutual assis-tance and sharing and management mechanism.It is hoped that this will provide useful reference for the re-search of grassroots social governance.
