不同无机填料对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响

以聚醚多元醇和TDI-80为原料,MOCA为扩链剂,填充不同无机填料,分别合成填充型聚氨酯弹性体,研究了不同无机填料对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。采用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、热重分析(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)及力学性能等测试方法对填充型聚氨酯弹性体的结构与性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明,3种无机填料对聚氨酯弹性体都有增强作用。其中,高岭土的增强作用效果最好;质量分数为5%的高岭土、5%滑石粉和3%碳酸钙的聚氨酯弹性体复合材料性能较好;无机填料提高了聚氨酯弹性体的热稳定性,玻璃化转变温度也向上偏移。
Study on properties of polyurethane elastomer with different inorganic filler
The filled polyurethane elastomers were synthesized from polyol and TDI-80,with the chain extender of MOCA and inorganic fillers treated by ultrasonic dispersion and coupling reaction.The effects of different inorganic filler on the properties of the elastomer were studied.The structure and performance were analyzed by means of DSC,TG,XRD,FT-IR and mechanical properties test.The results showed that these three kinds of fillers could improve the strength of PUE and the kaolin was the best one.Mechanical grinded modified polyurethane elastomer with mass ratio of 5% kaolin,5% talc and 3% calcium carbonate was better.
