Research on Oxygen Evolution Performance of Ru and Fe Co-doped Co2P under Photodeposition Technology
Ru and Fe co doped Co2P clusters(Ru,Fe-CO2P/NF)were successfully synthesized on foam nickel(NF)by"hydrothermal photo deposition vapor phase phosphating"method.This catalyst has excellent OER performance,achieving a current density of 1 A/cm2 at an overpotential of 0.331 V,which is 40.5%lower than the required voltage of the benchmark RuO2-NF catalyst.Therefore,Ru,Fe Co2P/NF have good industrial application prospects.The experimental results indicate that the use of photodeposition technology for Ru doping effectively improves the OER performance of Fe doped Co2P,providing a new approach for the combination of precious metals and transition metal catalysts.
