摘要

以钛酸四丁酯和乙酸钡为原料,乙醇和乙酸为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钛酸钡纳米粉体,并通过XRD、SEM、TG-DTA分析,确定最优工艺条件为:凝胶化温度 70℃,混合溶液pH值为 3.0~4.0,热处理温度 800℃,可获得粒径在50 nm左右的单一钙钛矿相钛酸钡粉体.

Abstract

Using tetrabutyl titanate and barium acetate as raw materials,ethanol and acetic acid as solvents,barium titanate nano powders were prepared by sol-gel method.Through XRD,SEM and TG-DTA analysis,the optimal process conditions were determined as follows:gel temperature 70℃,pH value of mixed solution 3.0~4.0,and heat treatment temperature 800℃.A single perovskite phase barium titanate powder with a particle size of about 50 nm could be obtained.
