Establishment of Inorganic Element Fingerprint of Piper Puberulum and Correlation Analysis
Objective:To analyze the content of 20 inorganic elements in Piper puberulum from different regions in Jiangxi, and draw a fingerprint of inorganic elements in Piper puberulum,in order to provide basic data for quality evaluation of Piper puberulum. Methods:The contents of Li,Be,Ti,V,Cr,Co,Ni,Zn,Ga,Sr,Sn,Sb,Ba,Tl,Bi,Mg,K,Fe,Mn,Ca were determined by microwave digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the inorganic element fingerprints were drawn, and correlation analysis was conducted.Result:The Piper puberulum contains a large amount of inorganic elements, with the highest content of Ca,with an average value of 8 872.893 mg/kg;Next is Mg,with an average value of 7982.388 mg/kg.The lowest content is Be,ranging from 0.015 to 0.031 mg/kg.There are significant differences in the content of inorganic elements among different regions, but the content of Ca,Ti,Be,V,Li,Co,and Ga is relatively average.Based on the content of inorganic elements, draw a fingerprint of inorganic elements in Piper puberulum and conduct correlation analysis. The results showed that 4 pairs of elements showed significant positive correlation,10 pairs showed significant negative correlation, and 1 pair showed extremely significant negative correlation. Conclusion:The content of inorganic elements in Piper puberulum is abundant, and the fingerprint of inorganic elements can be used to identify Piper puberulum. The results can provide a reference basis for quality control and safe use of Piper puberulum.
