Research on the Application of Automatic Analyzer for Permanganate Index Using Spectrophotometry
At present, the national standard method GB/T11892-1989 is used to detect the permanganate index has the disadvantages of complex detection process, large use of reagents and water samples during testing, and high cost of wastewater treatment. This article uses spectrophotometry to determine CODMn in water quality and combines it with an automatic analyzer. The detection limit of the method is 0.037 mg/L,and the minimum detection mass concentration is 0.2 mg/L,which is lower than the lower limit of the national standard method of 0.5 mg/L.The precision test results show that the relative standard deviation range is 1.07%to 4.28%.The accuracy test results show a relative error of 1.2%.When the results of the standard substance detection are within the allowable error range of the true value, the spiked recovery rate range of the actual water sample using the spiked recovery method is 91.6%to 103.0%.In addition, the relative error range with the national standard titration method is±6.3%.This method has advantages such as low human error, low consumption of reagents and samples, and good precision and accuracy.
