Pollution Characteristics of Heavy Metals in Callicarpa Nudiflora and Establishment of its Fingerprint
Objective:To investigate the content of heavy metals in the naked flower purple pearl, establish an inorganic element fingerprint, and evaluate the risk of heavy metal pollution. Methods:Microwave digestion was used to treat the samples, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of heavy metals in Callicarpa nudiflora. The single factor pollution index and Nemero pollution index were used to evaluate the pollution risk level, and the inorganic element fingerprints were drawn. Results:When using single factor pollution index to evaluate heavy metal pollution in 4 batches of samples,1 batch was heavily polluted and 3 batches were moderately polluted. The comprehensive pollution index evaluation results of the four batches of samples are all light pollution. Conclusion:The four batches of samples have varying degrees of heavy metal pollution, which needs to be taken seriously. The research results can provide a reference basis for the clinical safety of Callicarpa nudiflora.
