采用重金属消解仪加热法测定土壤中有机质含量的研究

摘要
对土壤样品中有机质含量的测定,现有的重铬酸钾氧化法通常采用石墨炉和油浴加热后再测定,此两种加热方法存在操作难度大、受热不均、环境不够友好等问题.本文通过采用重金属消解仪加热法测定土壤有机质含量,确定最佳消解温度为 200℃,消解时间为 8 min.平行实验后,相对标准偏差为 0.22%.而采用石墨炉加热法和油浴加热法的相对标准偏差分别为 0.86%和1.70%,说明重金属消解仪加热法精密度优于石墨炉加热法和油浴加热法,而且操作过程简单、安全.
Abstract
For the determination of organic matter content in soil samples,the existing potassium dichromate oxidation method usually uses graphite furnace and oil bath heating before measurement.These two heating methods have problems such as difficult operation,uneven heating,and unfriendly environment.This article determines the optimal digestion temperature of 200℃and digestion time of 8 minutes by using a heavy metal digestion instrument heating method to determine the content of soil organic matter.After parallel experiments,the relative standard deviation was 0.22%.The relative standard deviations of using graphite furnace heating method and oil bath heating method are 0.86%and 1.70%,respectively,indicating that the precision of the heavy metal digestion instrument heating method is better than that of graphite furnace heating method and oil bath heating method,and the operating process is simple and safe.
