摘要

为了解决煤炭中硫含量测定周期长、测定精度差的不足,提出了一种新的煤炭中硫含量测定技术.主要是利用高温水解+离子色谱测定的方法,先将煤炭样品进行高温水解,然后利用微孔过滤膜进行精细化过滤并利用阴离子分离柱进行分离,最后再利用离子色谱仪进行测定.根据实际应用表明,新的测定方案能够将测试周期降低46.4%,将测试偏差降低到 1.2%以内,极大地提升了煤炭中硫含量测定效率和精确性.

Abstract

In order to solve the shortcomings of long measurement cycle and poor measurement accuracy of sulfur content in coal,a new technology for measuring sulfur content in coal is proposed.The main method is to use high-temperature hydrolysis+ion chromatography for determination.Firstly,the coal sample is subjected to high-temperature hydrolysis,then finely filtered using a microporous filtration membrane and separated using an anion separation column.Finally,the determination is carried out using an ion chromatograph.According to practical applications,the new measurement scheme can reduce the testing cycle by 46.4%and the testing deviation to within 1.2%,greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of sulfur content determination in coal.
