Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measuring Organic Matter Content in Roadbed Soil
The organic matter content in roadbed soil is an important attribute for evaluating phenomena such as loosening of railway embankments or uneven settlement of embankments.Accurately detecting the organic matter content of roadbed soil and evaluating the test results is of great significance. This article evaluates the uncertainty of using potassium dichromate volumetric method to detect the organic matter content of roadbed soil in accordance with the requirements of JJF 1059.1-2012.The study found that measurement repeatability is the main component of its measurement uncertainty.By analyzing and evaluating the process of potassium dichromate volumetric method,a scientific reference is provided to reduce the uncertainty of detection results.
