The Problems and Countermeasures in the Operation of the Urea Pyrolysis System for Flue Gas Denitrification in a Certain Power Plant
The normal and stable operation of urea hydrolysis ammonia production system and SCR flue gas denitrification system is related to whether the emission of Nox concentration at the net flue gas outlet meets the standard.An analysis is conducted on issues such as ammonia carrying water,ammonia conveying pipe crystallization blockage,poor heating effect of ammonia pipeline,and blockage of urea particle feeding system during operation.Starting from the overall constraints,equipment characteristics,and operation methods,the influencing factors of each problem in the entire system are analyzed.Based on the actual situation of the equipment,corresponding control and solution solutions are proposed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
