Optimization of Crude Benzene Hydrogenation Extraction Distillation Process
In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the separation stage of traditional crude benzene hydrogenation extraction distillation process,based on a simple overview of coking crude benzene refining process,an optimization idea of replacing liquid phase feed with gas phase feed was proposed.The operating parameters of the pre-distillation tower and benzene toluene tower were determined through simulation,and the optimal operating parameters of the corresponding gas phase feed crude benzene hydrogenation extraction distillation process were obtained.Finally,a comparison was made between the energy consumption of each tower corresponding to the extraction distillation process before and after optimization,verifying the effectiveness of the optimization.
