为进一步探究焦炉煤气脱硫工艺方案的优化策略,以超重力技术为基础,针对传统的"888 法"脱硫工艺进行优化改进.通过旋转填充床搭建焦炉煤气脱硫实验体系进行实验,并确定本次实验的最优参数:反应温度为 315 K,RPB转速为1 400 rpm,液气比为14 L/m3.在此基础上,以某焦化厂为研究对象开展了中试放大实验,结果显示,中试放大实验取得了较高的脱硫效率,且在成本上具有一定优势,证明本次工艺方案设计取得了初步成功.
Design and Analysis of Desulfurization Process Plan for Coke Oven Gas
In order to further explore the optimization strategy of coke oven gas desulfurization process,based on the super gravity technology,the traditional"888 method"desulfurization process was optimized and improved.A coke oven gas desulfurization experimental system was constructed using a rotating packed bed for experimentation,and the optimal parameters for this experiment were determined:reaction temperature of 315 K,RPB speed of 1400 r/min,and liquid to gas ratio of 14 L/m3.On this basis,a pilot scale up experiment was conducted on a coking plant as the research object.The results showed that the pilot scale up experiment achieved high desulfurization efficiency and had certain cost advantages,proving that the design of this process plan has achieved preliminary success.
