环己酮低碳工艺开发及工业应用实验研究

以 10 万t/a环己酮装置为研究对象,对环己酮生产过程中碳耗进行了分析,通过分析总结出了目前环己酮装置低碳工艺路线的开发应用主要为高性能的苯部分加氢催化剂技术的开发和蒸汽节能技术、新设备及新技术的采用.归纳了现有的可用于环己酮装置蒸汽节能的新技术和新设备.现有技术采用后,10 万t/a环己酮装置年降低苯耗2 600 t,蒸汽耗 175 200 t,相当于节约标煤 16661.52 t,应用效果显著.
Development of Low-Carbon Process and Industrial Application of Cyclohexanone
Taking the 100 000 t/a cyclohexanone plant as an example,the carbon consumption in the production process of cyclohexanone is analyzed.The development of the process route is mainly for the development of high-performance benzene partial hydrogenation catalyst technology and the adoption of steam energy-saving technology,new equipment and new technology.The existing new technologies that could be used for steam energy saving of cyclohexanone unit were summarized.After the existing technology is adopted,the 100 000 t/a cyclohexanone plant can reduce the consumption of benzene by 2 600 t and the steam consumption by 175 200 t,which is equivalent to saving 16 661.52 t of standard coal.
