Research on the Current Quality Status and Improvement Measures of Succinic Acid
In order to explore the improvement strategies for the quality of refined adipic acid products,this study takes a certain chemical plant as the research object,and conducts a preliminary analysis of the problem that its refined adipic acid product indicators do not meet the expected requirements.Based on the analysis results,the main indicator parameters in the production process of refined adipic acid are optimized.Finally,the centrifugal pushing frequency is 58 times/min,and the amount of activated carbon added is 120 kg/d.The mass ratio of water to adipic acid in the centrifugal washing process is 0.9:1,which is used as the optimized parameter for actual testing.The test results show that the quality of succinic acid has been significantly improved,indicating that the optimization experiment has basically achieved the expected results.
