Experimental Study on Heavy Floatation Combined Separation Process in Coal Preparation Plant
In order to solve the problems of low clean coal yield and high energy consumption faced by traditional direct use of gravity separation or flotation processes,a combined gravity flotation separation process was proposed based on practical production to prepare 1.5 t samples.In particular,the influence of overflow pipe insertion depth and feed pressure on the separation effect of the process was experimentally studied,and the optimal process parameters were obtained.Finally,the practical application effect of the heavy flotation combined sorting process was verified through practical production.
