摘要
往复压缩机是富甲烷气体转化等化工行业中常用的压缩设备,具有压缩效率高的优点,对化工应用具有重要的影响作用.针对往复压缩机容易出现的连杆裂纹故障进行建模分析,对裂纹对整机性能的影响作用进行分析,从而为往复压缩机的使用提供参考.
Abstract
Reciprocating compressors are commonly used compression equipment in the chemical industry,such as methane rich gas conversion.They have the advantage of high compression efficiency and have an important impact on chemical applications.Modeling analysis of the common connecting rod crack faults in reciprocating compressors is conducted.The impact of cracks on the overall performance of the machine is analyzed,providing reference for the use of reciprocating compressors.
