介绍了负压间歇精馏的优点和一般操作流程,分析了本装置操作中出现的问题并进行了优化,最后介绍了操作调节方面的优化,溶剂和轻组分回收增加约 10%,单次精馏时间可缩短约 20%.
Abstract
The advantages and general operation process of negative pressure intermittent distillation were introduced,followed by a description of the problems encountered in the operation of this device and optimization.Finally,the optimization of operation regulation was introduced,with an increase of about 10%in solvent and light component recovery and a reduction of about 20%in single distillation time.
