为进一步探究循环流化床锅炉正常运行的关键影响因素,以某发电厂循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,结合其运行过程中存在的实际问题,分析床层压差如何影响循环流化床锅炉的运行情况,并通过多组实验确定床层压差为6.7 MPa的较优参数.在此基础上,应用该参数进行实际应用,结果显示,通过对床层压差参数的优化,锅炉的运行效率得到进一步提升,同时也有助于减缓锅炉磨损,确保锅炉主体设备长期安全运行,这表明本次研究方案具有潜在的应用价值.
Analysis of the Influence of Bed Pressure Difference on the Normal Operation of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers
In order to further explore the key influencing factors of the normal operation of circulating fluidized bed boilers,a circulating fluidized bed boiler in a certain power plant is taken as the research object.Combining with the actual problems existing in its operation,this paper analyzes how the bed pressure difference affects the operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,and determines the optimal parameter of a bed pressure difference of 6.7 MPa through multiple sets of experiments.On this basis,the parameter was applied in practical applications,and the results showed that by optimizing the bed pressure difference parameter,the operating efficiency of the boiler was further improved,while also helping to reduce boiler wear and ensure the long-term safe operation of the main equipment of the boiler.This indicates that the research plan has potential application value.
