带压注浆封孔用聚氨酯材料性能研究

为解决突出矿井煤层抽采钻孔瓦斯抽采衰减速度快,封孔漏气等问题,采取带压封孔工艺技术,经过试验对比,选定密度为 164.5 kg/m3 的聚氨酯A、B料作为带压封孔材料.经对比实验验证:带压封孔工艺将瓦斯抽采浓度提升到34.2%~57.9%,单孔抽采量达到 796.15~982.63 m3,瓦斯抽采效果明显提高.
Study on Properties of Polyurethane Materials for Sealing Holes with Pressure Grouting
In order to solve the problems such as fast decay rate of gas extraction in coal seam extraction borehole of outburst mine,sealing hole leakage and so on,the technology of sealing hole with pressure is adopted.After test and comparison,polyurethane A and B materials with density of 164.5 kg/m3 are selected as sealing material with pressure.The comparison experiment verifies that the gas extraction concentration is increased to 34.2%~57.9%and the single hole extraction amount is 796.15~982.63 m3,and the gas extraction effect is obviously improved.
