矿井采掘工作面综合防尘系统优化改造实践

针对大平煤业采掘工作面现有防尘技术实际情况,从外喷雾、转载喷雾、水幕和水质过滤器等方面进行综合防尘系统改造,并在 3111综采工作面、3113 运输顺槽掘进工作面进行现场试验,通过实际应用效果对比,改造后的防尘设施灭尘效果要比改造前最低提高 70%,有效降低了井下各作业地点的粉尘浓度,从而为现场作业人员创造了良好的作业环境,并且也可避免因粉尘集聚而引发爆炸的危险隐患.
Practice of Optimizing and Transforming the Comprehensive Dust Prevention System in Mining Face
In view of the actual situation of the existing dust prevention technology in the mining face of Daping Coal Industry,the comprehensive dust prevention system was reformed from the aspects of external spray,transfer spray,water curtain and water quality filter,and field tests were carried out at 3111 fully mechanized mining face and 3113 transportation gateway heading face.Through the comparison of actual application effects,the dust suppression effect of the dust prevention facilities after transformation was at least 70%higher than that before transformation,effectively reducing the dust concentration at various underground work locations,creating a good working environment for on-site workers,and also avoiding the danger of explosions caused by dust accumulation.
