摘要

以国内几家危险废物处置利用企业产生的熔炼水淬渣为研究对象,分析研究原料、产品和工艺流程,并通过采集100 个熔炼水淬渣样品进行元素含量分析和危险特性测试,结合熔炼水淬渣的产生过程分析其危险特性的影响因素.结果表明,水淬渣的腐蚀性(pH值)7.39~10.38,浸出液中镍浓度最大占标率 11.62%,其他无机元素及化合物浓度最大占标率均低于10%.原料中添加生石灰会造成水淬渣的腐蚀性(pH值)偏碱性,水淬渣浸出液中镍浓度与原料中重金属镍含量、以及焚烧过程中影响水淬渣对重金属固化效果的工艺参数的有关.

Abstract

Taking the smelting water quenched slag generated by several domestic hazardous waste disposal and utilization enterprises as the research object,this paper analyzes and studies the raw materials,products,and process flow.By collecting 100 smelting water quenched slag samples for element content analysis and hazard characteristic testing,combined with the production process of smelting water quenched slag,the influencing factors of its hazard characteristics are analyzed.The results showed that the corrosiveness of water quenched slag(pH value)was 7.39~10.38,and the maximum nickel concentration in the leaching solution accounted for 11.62%of the standard,while the maximum concentration of other inorganic elements and compounds was below 10%.Adding quicklime to the raw materials can cause the corrosiveness(pH value)of water quenched slag to be alkaline.The nickel concentration in the leaching solution of water quenched slag is related to the heavy metal nickel content in the raw materials,as well as the process parameters that affect the solidification effect of water quenched slag on heavy metals during the incineration process.
