煤化工企业含盐污水零排放工艺研究

摘要
针对煤化工含盐废水排放量大、污染严重的问题,提出了一种新的含盐污水零排放工艺技术.将含盐废水先经过生化处理、膜分离处理后加入到强制蒸发系统中,使其形成蒸发结晶固定,然后将该部分固体作为危废物进行处理.在工艺过程中产生的二次汽冷凝水则可以用于系统的清洗水并回收利用,在系统内的不凝气体则可以通过水环真空泵抽出并排入到空气中,从而实现了煤化工企业含盐废水的零排放.
Abstract
A new zero discharge process technology for saline wastewater in coal chemical industry is proposed to address the problem of large discharge and serious pollution.Salt containing wastewater is first subjected to biochemical treatment,membrane separation treatment,and then added to the forced evaporation system to form evaporative crystals for fixation.Then,this part of the solid is treated as hazardous waste.The secondary steam condensate generated during the process can be used as cleaning water for the system and recycled.The non condensable gas in the system can be extracted and discharged into the air through a water ring vacuum pump,thus achieving zero discharge of saline wastewater from coal chemical enterprises.
