摘要
本文利用单因素实验与正交实验相结合的方法探究了骨胶、硫脲、干酪素混合添加剂对电解铜电流效率的影响,计算不同配比添加剂下的电流效率,并据此得出混合添加剂加入的最适配比为:m(骨胶)∶m(硫脲)∶m(干酪素)=5∶4∶1,即在 1L电解液中混合添加剂的加入量为骨胶10 mg、硫脲 8 mg、干酪素2 mg.在该条件下,电流效率最高可达 98.7%,槽电压仅为0.5 V,阴极板表面平整,晶粒致密.
Abstract
This article uses a combination of single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments to explore the effect of mixed additives of bone glue,thiourea,and casein on the current efficiency of copper electrolysis.The current efficiency is calculated under different ratios of additives,and based on this,the optimal ratio of mixed additives is:m(bone glue):m(thiourea):m(casein)=5:4:1,that is,the amount of mixed additives added in 1 L of electrolyte is:10 mg of bone glue.8 mg of thiourea and 2 mg of casein.Under these conditions,the current efficiency can reach up to 98.7%,the slot voltage is only 0.5 V,the cathode plate surface is flat,and the grains are dense.
