Synthesis of Pyrazole[1,5-a]Pyrimidine Derivatives
Heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen are widely used in medicine.Pyrazole[1,5-a]pyrimidine compounds are typical among them.Because pyrazole and pyrimidine are two important active units in their molecular structure,most of the derived series of compounds show good biological activity.These different substituted compounds derived from pyrazoland[1,5-a]pyrimidine have great potential in the development of novel drug intermediates and drug molecules,In this paper,three new pyrazole[1,5-a]pyrimidine compounds were studied and synthesized,they are 2-phenyl-5-toluidine methyl-7-toluidine pyrazole and[1,5-a]pyrimidine,2-phenyl-5-(2-methyl imidazole)methyl-7-toluidine pyrazole and[1,5-a]pyrimidine,2-phenyl-5-triazole methyl-7-triazolyl pyrazole and[1,5-a]pyrimidine,and the optimal synthesis route was selected.
