摘要
2,6-二氟苯胺是合成双氟磺草胺的重要原料和溶剂,投料量是反应所需量的4~5 倍,2,6-二氟苯胺价格较高,回收 2,6-二氟苯胺是双氟磺草胺生产过程必要的环节.本文探索了一种 2,6-二氟苯胺的回收方法,回收率96%以上,回收 2,6-二氟苯胺质量分数 95%.极大地降低了双氟磺草胺的生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力.
Abstract
2,6-difluoroaniline is an important raw material and solvent for the synthesis of difluorosulfonate,with a feed rate 4-5 times that of the reaction.The price of 2,6-difluoroaniline is high,and the recovery of 2,6-difluoroaniline is a necessary step in the production process of difluorosulfonate.This article explores a recovery method for 2,6-difluoroaniline,with a recovery rate of over 96% and a recovery mass fraction of 95% for 2,6-difluoroaniline,greatly reducing the production cost of difluorosulfonate and improving the market competitiveness of the product.
