摘要
本文通过双酚A型环氧树脂E-51(EP-51)与聚乙二醇4000(PEG-4000)进行酯化反应和开环反应,合成环氧乳化剂,利用相反转技术制备出了一种水性环氧树脂乳液,通过对反应过程中的催化剂的选择、反应温度、环氧树脂乳液制备方法的研究讨论,研究合成出一种能够满足市场需求、性能优异的环氧树脂乳液.
Abstract
In this paper,an epoxy emulsifier was synthesized by esterification and ring-opening reaction of bisphenol A-type epoxy resin E-51(EP-51)and polyethylene glycol 4000(PEG-4000),and a water-based epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by reverse transformation technology.Through the selection of catalyst,reaction temperature and preparation method of epoxy resin emulsion in the reaction process,a kind of epoxy resin emulsion with excellent performance to meet the market demand was studied and synthesized.
