摘要
介绍了一种起爆药羧甲基纤维素三硝基间苯二酚钡的制备原理和工艺,对其制备过程中影响产品质量的主要因素进行了分析,并确定了最佳的工艺条件.按照最佳工艺条件连续生产了 3 次,得到的羧甲基纤维素三硝基间苯二酚钡结晶形状近似球形,颗粒大小均匀、分散,经过检验,各项质量指标均符合要求.
Abstract
The preparation principle and process of a primary explosive carboxymethyl cellulose barium trinitroresorcinol were introduced,the main factors affecting product quality were analyzed,and the optimum process conditions are determined.According to the optimal process conditions,the carboxymethyl cellulose trinitro resorcinol barium was continuously produced three times,and the obtained crystal shape was approximately spherical,with uniform particle size and dispersion.After inspection,all quality indicators met the requirements.
