摘要

荔枝草为唇形科鼠尾草属植物,主要含黄酮类、萜类、苯丙素类、挥发油类等,有抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、保肝护肝、止咳平喘等药理作用、抑制α-糖苷酶等多种药理作用,在临床上用于治疗皮肤瘙痒、喉部不适和痔疮等.本文对荔枝草的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用进行综述.

Abstract

Lychee grass is a genus of salviaceae in the labiaceae family,mainly containing flavonoids,terpenoids,phenylpropanes,volatile oils,etc.It has pharmacological effects such as antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,liver protection,liver protection,cough and asthma relief,inhibition of α-glycosidase and other pharmacological effects.It is clinically used for the treatment of pruritus,throat discomfort and hemorrhoids.The chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of lychee grass were reviewed in this paper.
