摘要
两步水热法制备的四氧化三铁@二氧化铈(Fe3O4@CeO2)具有过氧化物模拟酶活性,可催化H2O2 氧化3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)生成蓝色的氧化产物(TMBox).通过与尿酸酶对尿酸的催化反应进行级联,开发了高灵敏、高特异性的尿酸比色检测新方法.该方法测定尿酸的线性范围为10~100 μmol/L,检测限为7.9 μmol/L,结果准确可靠.
Abstract
A two-step hydrothermal method was employed to synthesize Fe3O4@CeO2 nanocomposites which has peroxidase-like activity.Fe3O4@CeO2 can catalyze the oxidation reaction of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)by H2O2 to form a blue colored product(TMBox).A sensitive and selective colorimetric method for uric acid detection was established by cascading with the oxidation reaction of urieoxidase toward uric acid.The detection limit of uric acid was 7.9 μmol/L and the linear detection range was from 10 to 100 μmol/L.The test result was accurate and reliable.
