煤炭是我国的主体能源,随着国民经济不断发展,煤炭资源的深加工和利用对煤炭指标的准确度提出了更高的要求.本文分析了煤质检验的特点及意义,对煤质检验过程进行科学的误差分析,指出系统误差、随机误差及粗大误差的消除方法;并结合工作经验从水分、灰分、发热量、含硫量等煤质指标检验准确度提升方面阐述了具体的应对措施以保证煤质化验结果的有效性和准确度.
Analysis on Influencing Factors and Improving Measures of Accuracy of Coal Quality Inspection
Coal is our main energy,with the continuous development of the national economy,the deep processing and utilization of coal resources to the accuracy of coal index put forward higher requirements.This paper analyzes the characteristics and significance of coal quality inspection,makes a scientific error analysis on the process of coal quality inspection,and points out the elimination methods of systematic error,random error and gross error.Combined with work experience,this paper expounds specific countermeasures to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of coal quality test results from the aspects of improving the accuracy of coal quality index such as moisture,ash,calorific value and sulfur content.
